The Factory At Franklin is a 12-building dining, retail and entertainment complex listed in the National Register of Historic Places. Factory Merchant and Restaurant Hours Typical hours at The Factory at Franklin are: Monday - Thursday 10:00am - 5:00pm Friday and Saturday 10:00am - 6:00pm Sunday - The Factory is open however, merchant hours on this day vary.

Public transit

Franklin Transit operates a free weekday lunchtime shuttle looping the Franklin Transit Center ? Public Square ? The Factory (approved to continue through June 30, 2026). On Saturdays, a $1 shuttle runs between Liberty Elementary School and The Factory; seasonal Hop & Shop trolleys also connect The Factory and downtown during the holidays.
