Star Rover Sound is a honky-tonk–style steakhouse and live music room from Ford Fry’s Rocket Farm Restaurants, designed to feel like a 1970s recording studio with nightly country, Americana, and blues. Opened in fall 2022, it sits behind The Optimist at 1400 Adams Street and has hosted intimate showcases and listening parties. Located in Germantown, it’s walkable to Le Loup, the Nashville Farmers’ Market, and other neighborhood restaurants and bars.
