Mill Ridge Park is a 622 acre regional park, centrally located in the fast-growing and diverse community of Southeast Nashville. Friends of Mill Ridge Park, an Antioch-based non-profit, enhances and advocates for Mill Ridge Park to strengthen the community in Southeast Nashville. Friends of Mill Ridge Park hosts and facilitates community driven education, recreation, and conservation focused volunteer opportunities, as well as programmed activities that include seasonal guided hikes, kite fests, outside cinema, pumpkin patch parties, and night sky viewing parties.

Free on-site parking lots at the main entrance off Old Hickory Blvd (near 12847 Old Hickory Blvd) with signed meeting point by the park welcome sign; additional parking areas are shown on the park site plan.

Public transit

There is no direct WeGo bus service to the park/Cane Ridge High School area per WeGo’s MNPS high school transit info. The nearest frequent service corridor is WeGo Route 55 along Murfreesboro Pike and Bell Road, and WeGo Link operates in the Antioch zone to connect riders to/from that corridor; rideshare drop-off is typically at the main parking lot.
