Learn techniques for roasting, creating silky pan sauces, and preparing restaurant-quality sides as our chefs guide you through every step of this memorable meal. You'll be making and enjoying:
Roasted Pear & Burrata Salad (Mixed greens topped with roasted pears, creamy burrata, candied pecans, and finished with a Champagne maple vinaigrette.)
Herb-Roasted Cornish Game Hen with White Wine Pan Sauce (Golden roasted Cornish game hen finished with a silky pan sauce made with white wine, fresh thyme, and butter.)
Mixed Mushroom & Parmesan Risotto (Creamy Arborio rice slowly cooked with white wine, roasted mixed mushrooms, Parmesan cheese, and fresh herbs.)
Salted Caramel Bread Pudding with Bourbon Crème Anglaise (Warm brioche bread pudding drizzled with a rich bourbon vanilla custard sauce.)

Each class is 2-3 hours in length during which we will teach you new techniques and methods to get more flavor from the foods that you cook every day. Learn how to caramelize the natural sugars of your ingredients and enhance your meals in new and exciting ways that are sure to impress even the most finicky family and friends.
Our doors will open 30 minutes prior to class, allowing you time to be social, unwind and enjoy any beer or wine that you wish to bring. We supply aprons, bottle openers, glasses, ice, water and lemonade, as well as a snack to enjoy upon arrival. Wear something comfortable and bring your stretchy pants as we ensure you will be leaving our table full! We'll see you in the Kitchen.
