About

The Integration CircleSome of the most important things that happen to us are the hardest to talk about at the kitchen table. A medicine experience that rearranged something in you. An awakening that made the old life stop fitting. A loss, a leaving, a diagnosis, a becoming. The insight itself often arrives all at once. The harder part is what comes after, when you are back in ordinary days trying to let the change actually take root, and the people around you love you but do not quite understand what you are carrying. That slower work is called integration, and it goes better in good company. The Integration Circle is a free weekly gathering hosted by April Bogle, RN. It is a steady, structured space to make sense of what you are holding and to let your nervous system settle alongside others who are doing the same. Each week, there is room to speak and room to simply be present and listen. You can bring something specific you are sorting through, or you can arrive with nothing in particular and let the hour do its quiet work. You do not have to explain the whole story. You only have to show up as you are. This circle is for anyone in the middle of real change. People integrating psychedelic and plant medicine experiences, spiritual awakenings and openings, grief, major life transitions, and the kind of inner shift that leaves you feeling like no one around you speaks the language yet. Here, you are not the strange one. You are among people who know the territory.Settling in the presence of other regulated people is one of the oldest ways a body learns it is safe. Over time, that repeated experience builds capacity, the felt sense that you can meet your life without being swept under by it. April holds the space the way she learned to hold a room under pressure across three decades of emergency and trauma nursing, steady and unhurried, so your system has something settled to borrow from. You do not need any background or any particular belief to take part. Come once, or make it a weekly practice. All that is asked is that you arrive as you are.
