Chicken, Shrimp & Andouille Sausage Gumbo (A rich gumbo built on a dark roux with the Cajun trinity of onions, celery, and bell peppers, served over fluffy white rice.)
Honey Butter Cornbread (Golden, buttery cornbread served warm with whipped honey butter.)
Classic Bananas Foster (Fresh bananas caramelized in a buttery brown sugar, cinnamon, and bourbon sauce, then served warm over creamy vanilla ice cream.)

Our expert instructor will guide you through cooking and presentation of these delicious meals.
Each class is 2-3 hours in length during which we will teach you new techniques and methods to get more flavor from the foods that you cook every day. Learn how to caramelize the natural sugars of your ingredients and enhance your meals in new and exciting ways that are sure to impress even the most finicky family and friends.
Our doors will open 30 minutes prior to class, allowing you time to be social, unwind and enjoy any beer or wine that you wish to bring. We supply aprons, bottle openers, glasses, ice, water and lemonade, as well as a snack to enjoy upon arrival. Wear something comfortable and bring your stretchy pants as we ensure you will be leaving our table full! We'll see you in the Kitchen.
