Learn how to bring out the best in seasonal ingredients using both red and white wines in this hands-on autumn cooking class. From comforting soups to handmade pasta and elegant desserts, you'll discover techniques that add depth and richness to every bite. You'll be making and enjoying:
Roasted Garlic & White Wine Potato Soup (A velvety soup of roasted garlic, potatoes, white wine, cream, and fresh thyme, finished with crispy onions and served with toasted bread.)
Warm Roasted Beet & Goat Cheese Salad (Roasted beets and fresh arugula tossed with creamy goat cheese, toasted walnuts, and a red wine vinaigrette.)
Fresh Pappardelle with White Wine Chicken & Mushroom Cream (Fresh handmade pappardelle tossed with tender chicken, mushrooms, onions, garlic, fresh herbs, Parmesan, and a luxurious white wine cream sauce.)
Mulled Wine Poached Pears with Vanilla Mascarpone (Tender pears gently poached in mulled red wine with cinnamon, cloves, star anise, and citrus, served with lightly sweetened vanilla mascarpone.)

Each class is 2-3 hours in length during which we will teach you new techniques and methods to get more flavor from the foods that you cook every day. Learn how to caramelize the natural sugars of your ingredients and enhance your meals in new and exciting ways that are sure to impress even the most finicky family and friends.
Our doors will open 30 minutes prior to class, allowing you time to be social, unwind and enjoy any beer or wine that you wish to bring. We supply aprons, bottle openers, glasses, ice, water and lemonade, as well as a snack to enjoy upon arrival. Wear something comfortable and bring your stretchy pants as we ensure you will be leaving our table full! We'll see you in the Kitchen.
