Going out to Brunch is exciting and fun! Ever thought to yourself "I want to do more than the usual?" We have the class for you!
Bring yourself and a friend with a bottle of champagne and we will supply the orange juice or DIY MIMOSAS! Our fun and talented chefs will guide you through making and enjoying:
Apple Butter & Whipped Brie Crostini (Warm apple butter spread over toasted crostini with creamy whipped Brie, candied pecans, and fresh thyme.)
Classic Croque Madame (A toasted ham and Gruyère sandwich layered with creamy béchamel, topped with a perfectly fried egg.)
Maple Brown Butter Breakfast Potatoes (Crispy roasted potatoes tossed in brown butter, maple syrup, rosemary, and flaky sea salt.)
Warm Cinnamon Pear Crumble with Vanilla Mascarpone (Tender baked pears topped with a buttery oat crumble and served with lightly sweetened vanilla mascarpone.)

Each class is 2-3 hours in length during which we will teach you new techniques and methods to get more flavor from the foods that you cook every day. Learn how to caramelize the natural sugars of your ingredients and enhance your meals in new and exciting ways that are sure to impress even the most finicky family and friends.
Our doors will open 30 minutes prior to class, allowing you time to be social, unwind and enjoy any beer or wine that you wish to bring. We supply aprons, bottle openers, glasses, ice, water and lemonade, as well as a snack to enjoy upon arrival. Wear something comfortable and bring your stretchy pants as we ensure you will be leaving our table full! We'll see you in the Kitchen.
