Breakdown: Ball Room Area Rental from 10:30 pm to midnight (1.5 hours at $50 per hour) $75.00 - discounted because the front room will still be open to our members and guests for Karaoke until midnight. Ball Room Area Rental from midnight to 2:30 am (2.5 hours at $200 per hour) $500.00 - at this point you will have use of the entire building. Bartenders: Two bartenders from 10:30 pm to midnight (1.5 hours at $100 per hour) $150.00 Bartenders: Two bartenders from midnight to 2:30 am (2.5 hours at $75 per hour) $187.50 Total cost for rental plus bartenders is: $912.50

Note the hours are past midnight and they are paying extra for this time. Be sure the Bartenders are aware.
