The Prickly Pair is the duo Mason Summit and Irene Greene, who met while studying at the USC Thornton School of Music and made their live debut in 2021 at the Hotel Cafe. They released a debut EP on October 24, 2025 and have premiered singles including "Winsome Lose Some Game" (August 2025) via outlets such as Atwood Magazine and Bluegrass Situation.
