The Boyz debuted on December 6, 2017 under Cre.ker (later IST Entertainment). The group originally launched with twelve members and has undergone lineup changes (notably Hwall's departure in October 2019) while achieving milestones such as winning Mnet's Road to Kingdom (2020) and multiple music-show trophies. They have released numerous EPs and studio albums and completed international tours in Asia, Europe, and Japan.
