Formed in 2019 as vocalist Cullen Moore’s solo project, Sleep Theory expanded into a four-piece and rose to prominence after their 2023 single “Another Way” went viral on TikTok. They released the EP Paper Hearts (2023) and their debut album Afterglow on May 16, 2025 via Epitaph Records, accumulating over 500 million streams and mainstream rock radio success. The band has toured internationally and received growing industry recognition.
