The band formed in 1985 and signed to Homestead Records after a 1986 showcase, releasing multiple albums between 1987 and 1990 including Reality Bath and Mind Furnace. They toured the U.S. indie/college circuit before splitting around 1990, and founding member Kevin Thomson later went on to play in Enablers. The group has had renewed activity with shows and appearances announced for 2026.
