Jimmy Sullivan is a jazz-trained bassist who earned degrees in jazz performance and has performed on tours, recordings and large-scale music video shoots. He won the Nashville Industry Music Award for Best Jazz Instrumentalist in 2018 and has an extensive resume of session, touring and festival work. He leads a rotating ensemble called Jimmy Sullivan's Swingin' Scene with a regular residency at Rudy's Jazz Room.
