David Tolliver is a Nashville-based songwriter signed to Curb Music Publishing and one half of the duo Halfway to Hazard. He co-wrote the duo's Top 40 single "Daisy" and has placed songs with major country and bluegrass artists. Tolliver released a solo EP, earned a bluegrass No.1 as a songwriter, and won two Cannes Lions for his work on Tennessee Tourism's "Sound Sites."
