Big Shoes Band began in Nashville as a Little Feat tribute project and evolved into a seven-piece American roots supergroup led by Rick Huckaby with veteran studio players such as Mark T. Jordan and Will McFarlane. They released Shoes Blues and Step On It! (2018), signed with Qualified Records in 2022, and their 2023 release Fresh Tracks amassed millions of streams, topped roots airplay charts internationally, and appeared on the 2023 Grammy ballot.
